On January 5th, Jared Mahone granted permission to host hist recordings on the Live Music Archive:
Hello,
My name is Jared Mahone and I am a recording artist from Columbus, OH. I have recently been approached by a taper who wanted to connect me with this website and he pointed me to the FAQ page about giving permission for him to post live show audio. I'm hoping this is sufficient because I would love to get connected with the taper community and give my permission for live show audio to be uploaded to IA. This includes both full band performances as well as solo acoustic or acoustic duo/trio performances.
I would like to restrict the uploading of board feed recordings as we are still playing smaller venues who don't always run everything through the FOH. Also, I have embarked on a "song a week" creative experiment where I am releasing premium content in the form of demo recordings through a subscription based website called The Mixtape Project. This audio is private material and is only permitted to those individuals who have purchased a subscription to be a part of this creative experiment. This includes all current studio recordings as well.
I would also like to add a copy request so we can keep our own hardcopy archive for our records and please, no posting any side project audio.
